Just did 10 sets of 10-20 very slow and controlled Bodyweight dips pausing bottom and tops every rep on the deck. What a great cool crisp morning.

Still battling a shoulder issue that hurts when pressing anything beyond a 45 degree angle

I enjoy negative dips after standard sets

Unlike a bench there's no requirement for a spotter on negatives

45,not all that bad but I find the older I get,the less I can tolerate cold weather,or the less I really WANT to tolerate it.

Just started doing dips again......not going great, but have made some progress.

Back in the day after every chest workout I would do a set of max rep dips......usually getting between 25-35 reps and I`d be wiped out from training......that just ain`t happening yet!  :D

Keep going and the gains will come back!

What a great exercise dips is. Not sure it's the squat of the upper body but it's certainly very productive (provided the necessary level of effort is given)

Agreed. I think dips and pull ups and you really need nothin more for upper body. Just add weight as you get stronger.

Yeah not a fan of the cold,anything less than 40 sucks but snow is what I hate the most just cause it’s a mess and no one can drive haha.
