Delts traps triceps today

Increasing the intensity so a little less volume


Side raise and shoulder oress combo machine - 5 supersets

Crazy pump and lactic acid build up

Cable side raise - 3 triple drop sets per arm

Dumbell shrug / face pulls 4 supersets last set of face pulls was a triple drop

Tricep extension machine/ dip machine - 4 supersets
Push downs 4 x 10 last set triple drop got 28 reps - agony


Progressing nicely but shattered
