abs..............roman chair 5 min
10 rounds... medium heavy weight.. rested about 1 min between sets.....yuge!!!

PS, What is "Bouldering" ?

Indoor rock climbing, but without having to mess around with ropes. You just get some climbing shoes and scale the different difficulty levels on the wall. Loads of fun. Great for developing a lot of strength in the forearms and fingers. Big guys can do it too:

It's a 34 year old Free Spirit 10 speed junker bike I salvaged from the curb during Covid
I think Sears sold them.
Fixed it up for about $100 or so total with new tires, tubes, crank bearings, seat, cables, brake pads, changed shifter to friction type, seat tube extension, handlebar extension.

It's great going downhill but only fair going uphill. 

Looks like this one pretty much.  Geez, I think it's a woman's bike actually.  :D



I imagine someone bike-jacking me and i say "Go ahead...take it".
It looks like a mountain bike but no suspension so best on roads or groomed trails.

Very cool... We have a rail trail here that goes thru most of NH, goes on forever.
I found I enjoy hiking so much and being outdoors, I'll probably get into that in the spring. At least I'll try it...
A little late in the year now for me to start. I may get one with a motor for when I tire out. With hard leg training, the lactic acid is always there.
