Hoist wide pulldown 4 x 12- last set 4 plates each side
Panatta pullover 4 x 10, one final set of 3 plates and a 10 drop to 3 drop to 2 drop to 1
Hammer curl grip pulldown 3 x 10
Panatta Convergence pulldown 5 x 12- first time I had eused to great machine
Hyperextension to keep my lower back in check 3 x 15- horrific pump on the lower back- damn you nandrolone!!

Great session. Absolutely beat. Steak, naga rice (like rice curry with naga peppers) and a monster protein, fruit and cream and milk smoothie

then its a bath and get me 12 hours!

Just a 6 weeks to go then I can let my body rest for a couple of months

straight arm pulldowns to warm up
Cable pulldowns 4 working sets
low lat machine row 4 working sets
single arm preacher machine 3 working sets
single arm staning cable curl 3 working sets

4 working sets leg press calf raises

Just eating fish and rice and 60 gms whey at the moment

Some awesome & inspiring workouts posted.

I'm still in la la land , though went in to gym this afternoon.

Leg day - well as best I could muster.

Laying leg curls superset with standing calves on machine
7/8 sets high to low reps increasing weight each set
Last 2 sets triple drops.

Back squats.
From 60kg up to 140kg double sets on way up & 3sets of 6to8reps with the 140kg
Super setted with seated leg curls & Claves standing on block.

Some pendulum type squat machine ( I'm at a new gym & never done these before)
Double sets & adding weight - probably 8sets
Super settled with Neck work & forearm work.

Finished with a few light sets of good mornings as couldn’t find a
Hypertension unit.

Was done & had to hobble out gym & up some damn stairs to car park.

Funeral tomorrow & hopefully back in gym Friday for back work.



Oh forgot to mention- distracted by some 20 something blonde
With huge tits partially covered & wobbling & spilling out of her skimpy top ,
Not that I was looking 👀 👀  much 🤷🏻‍♂️

incline bench....... 6 sets.... set 3 and 4 was 315 for 7..... set 5 and 6 done w a wide grip and lighter weight..  marcus ruhl style

flat db press...........3 sets w 100's

cable crossover......3 sets.. 20 reps

push ups....3 sets... 15 reps

Why is 6 sets of 10 not hard work? You have no idea how heavy or intense those sets were and what part of my fucking side doesn't feel right are you missing? I am absolutely taking it easy a few more weeks.

When trading heavy strict curls at 5 sets of 5 the pain in the arms makes it difficult to sleep 60 sets eps can be way too much it all depends on your intensity
