Did some Arms today to get them more ready for the arm wrestling circuit.
Did 105 lb ez bar curls for 30 sets of 30 and singled 195 a bunch of times along the way. Feeling crazy strong from pulling every Saturday for 90 min.
I’ve arm wrestled maybe 40-50 people in last few weeks and haven’t lost yet. Learning technique and might head to Vermont for an arm wrestling tournament on November 18th if I’m feeling good.
