Yeah I noticed that as well I was kind of holding my breath flexing as always making a face it doesn't do that when I relax. I have also read the wrong size camera lens and distance/angle can distort head size. I have a big head in real life but nothing abnormal

I never ever said I was a great bodybuilder unlike Hanky who brags about being better than almost everyone here and on other forums too......quite the contrary,I always called myself a journeyman type of guy who missed tons of time by being a drunken idiot and clreaned up my act and competed mostly in my 40`s and 50`s.

I do however usually look better than the pic he posted which was one of my worst outings ever,and yes,also unlike him,I always said my legs were terrible,but it wasn`t for a lack of trying to build them.......Hanky`s bragging about having tree trunk quads......at least keep it real,by admitting your faults.

As usual,Brian scours the web to find my worst pics ever!  :D









In the above pics,I am competing against a guy who won the NABBA Nats and also did the NABBA Universe in London England.....and another who placed in the NPC Jr. Nationals,and in the last pic I beat a future IFBB pro.

Your upper body is in shape not much size but in shape and looks decent. Your legs do not. Instead of dieting and doing shows I am going to concentrate on training my legs. Also when I move into new house(6 months) I am getting a cable lat pulldown low row machine. So yeah I am working on my weaknesses but the legs are improving.

He can't do more than a couple of light sets due to pain from his botched operation, but he's now somehow added "leg mass" with no heavy leg workouts, or squats, leg press, etc.

Preacher Curls - 4 X 12,10,8,10 (also did some partials at the end of the last 2 sets)
Hoist Seated Curl Machine - 1 X failure

Skullcrushers - 5 X 15,12,8,6,12
Seated French Press - 3 X 12 (constant weight)
Pressdowns - 3 X 25,15,8 +7 more (drop-set on last one)

Super-Set:
{Wrist Curls - 4 X max reps
{Reverse Wrist Curls - 4 X max reps
