E-Z Bar Curls - 5 X 15,12,10,10,15
Hoist Seated Curl Machine - 4 X 12,10,10,12

Skullcrushers - 5 X 20,15,12,12,10
One-Arm Cable Extensions - 4 X 12
Pressdowns - 3 X 25,15,20

Skipped forearms again as my left wrist is fucked up a bit.

Assault bike   15 second all out 30 seconds rest,....did this for 20 minutes alternating upper and lower body

bis and tris,...various exercises until i did 150 reps for each muscle group

smashed it, but I will never be a 170 pound tiny large headed tit like hanky

50 sets db shrugs dbs 90-110 and back down

15 sets rotary calf
Superset
15 sets behind back wrist curl

Just bored and been hitting gym everyday for last 9 days bis and traps only things not sore so I buried them.

Was in gym 2 hours and 45 min so I was taking my time talking and lifting. Just trying to burn the day.

trying a mod version of jp's full body eod split, all reps taken to failure

decline bench to chin 135 for 15 (if i can get this to 200-225 for 10 or so i should have pretty big pecs)

machine overhead press 65 for 14

dip bw+45 for 10

machine assist pull-up 18

hammer leg ext 110 for 7  :D :D :D

glute bridge (hi hulkatron :-*) 110 for 6

barbell skull 65 for 22

db hammer curl 18 for 23

it was high rep upper low rep lower

on upper compound low reps are 3-6 high are 8-12

on lower the same

on arms iso low reps is 8-12 high is 15-20

focus is on the push chain dont give a flying fuck about back thickness but width is prime

Just remember JP has admitted to taking 5-10g a week of anabolic and is also force feeding you may not recover the same.

I have a grade II calf strain (minor tear), and the trap-bar DL didnt even cause me to feel it.
Sorry Brian, not much calf activation in DL...  Squats I wont bother this week, but I will test it light on my belt-SQ...

Was making good progress coming back from back-injury, so trying to stay in the game. This will heal quickly, already feeling better...

The trap bar deadlift feels like a mix between a squat and a deadlift to me I drop my hips down and the bottom position feels almost like a dumbbell squat more than a deadlift.

Oh yeah I trained arms yesterday

3 sets single cable press down
3 sets double cable press down
3 sets dumbell overhead extensions
5 sets dumbells curls (shoulder was being wonky cut these early)
