I see differences in Brians personality. A large bloated red-head now, and  the attitude, he's on heavy gear.
Not lifting for 12 weeks and keeping BB condition, again, running heavy gear.
He can deny it all he wants, but its just a lie. Many of us have been around this for 4 decades, so no wool over the eyes...

Yep,it`s not like were new to this stuff................he  stayed on gear all during his recovery and just recently upped the  dosage.

shawn ray- at 5'7 208 lbs achieved this- onstage looked huge

bhanks at 220 at 5'11 doesn't. he is the same weight as berry de mey in his peak but there is no illusiton of size or shape. none

francis benfatto at 185 achieved this.

bhanks at 238 didnt. he just looked a slightly more bloated watery version of him at 210.
its just not for some people

add in his insistence he was a tough guy when his MMA record dictates he is anything but and its all a bit sad.

that being said I will wish him the best when he dies- may 8 next year massive heart attack.

despite never having achieved anything in the world of BB
that speaks volumes about him. he's a liar, an abuser and a junkie

he will never get on stage again. ever. it takes tooo much dedication and he doesnt have the balls to do that. he will never fight mma again. 0-3 speaks for itself. if someone is a success and lacks humility that is one thing. if someone is an abject failure but lacks it that is a sign of a mental illness.

then the fun of 45 minutes straight of the following
Assault Bike 2 minutes
right to
Bicep Curls 15 reps
back to A Bike  2 minutes
right to
tricep pushdowns 20 reps
back to A Bike 2 minutes
right to box jumps (12)/heavy bag 1 minute after 20 minutes

I switched from box jumps to 1 minute heavy bag after 20 minutes

He just throws everything at the wall and hope something sticks, thats Brians methodology to sport.
He tries something on the off chance he will be good, if he isnt he moves on and its everyone elses fault
He dropped lucky with SC and was reasonably strong, unfortunatly to be competitive meant putting in some effort, he is unable to do that

5 sets leg extension

Did about 15 mins stretching and foam roller on quads and hams

Currently 15st 8lbs
