Yep,it`s not like were new to this stuff................he stayed on gear all during his recovery and just recently upped the dosage.I know so many bodybuilders as do you GR,and most are too scared or too insecure to ever come off completely.

one of the central tenets to bodybuilding SURELY is it about creating an aesthetically great physique that gives the illusion of sizeshawn ray- at 5'7 208 lbs achieved this- onstage looked hugebhanks at 220 at 5'11 doesn't. he is the same weight as berry de mey in his peak but there is no illusiton of size or shape. nonefrancis benfatto at 185 achieved this.bhanks at 238 didnt. he just looked a slightly more bloated watery version of him at 210. its just not for some peopleadd in his insistence he was a tough guy when his MMA record dictates he is anything but and its all a bit sad.that being said I will wish him the best when he dies- may 8 next year massive heart attack.
