How come you go so long between pinning? Is this just cause of the situation with your dad or do you do this often?

Yeah that is part of it, also this time of year I ease off a bit anyway. I was not just running trt like yourself, I did 2 contest preps this year.

I intend to start a TRT dose soon for a couple of months, or 300 a week if I cant help myself:) I have noticed a drop in the last few days but nothing major. They say a mg per pound of bodyweight to maintain what you have and I am around 250lbs. I can advance in strength in the gym on a lowish dose of test, and all round feel fitter, calmer and more confident in my body and mind than on a bigger cycle.

Many clowns in our gym, do the spastic 1-inch fast "reps" of peace. You'd crack up.
1" range of motion, whole body moving, etc. One guy loads up every machine with tons of weight (hammer-decline for example) and spazzes the reps up, jumping out of seat, whole body moving. Zero chest benefit...

Or the so-called shrug where they rotate like a spaz (not a real shrug). People look exactly the same 10+ years now, still training like a retard..
These kvnts kill me...

Seated Bench Press Machine - 5 X 15,12,10,6,12
DB Flyes - 4 X 12 (constant weight

Pulldowns Behind Neck - 5 X 15,12,10,8,12
Seated Cable Rows - 4 X 15,12,10,10

Again,less volume than normal due to my layoff.

I`m just trying to get the initial soreness going them gone, so I can crank it back up to my normal volume with heavier poundages.

All in all,a damn good workout such as it was.
