Ok so you all have motivated me to do this differently. I will drop my trt by 10 mgs a week and start on some hcg next week and be off the trt when I hit 50 mgs weekly.Do 2 hours of cardio a day which I’m almost done now. Eating today so far has been 4 pieces of pork roast and some almonds. I will not lift for a few weeks though then start with Bodyweight stuff and see how I’m feeling. Thanks for everyone’s input.

I approve as long as you walk 20 miles everyday in flipflops.

Three weeks ago the Getbig retards were absolutely sure I was a 6’-4” and 250 lb man.

Two weeks ago I was proven to be a 6’-0” and 139 lb woman.

If you can pull off that same change in a week, I will be impressed !

On the other hand, even if you stay at 260 lbs, you will still be smaller than the girls Henda dates.

Well boys I have decided to quit lifting as of today. Stopping the trt, lifting and eating like I do. I’m just getting uncomfortably big and the way I look at it is I can’t train to get smaller as that doesn’t compute with me. I will continue on posting as I love this place but I am hanging up the needle,weights and massive food intake. Hoping to drop 50 lbs from walking, no trt and low food intake and losing muscle. The trt while only 100 mgs a week has made me way to hungry and in turn get to big for comfortability.

I like 220 as I have Great cardio and decent size and 240 is also good as I have more size and still good cardio. Just right now I’m eating to much and I respond like crazy to the 100 mgs of test a week at 50mgs every 3.5 days subq. Which I do love but I know I’m prob days a way from a heart attack as I’m a pretty high strung dude as well. I like 240 cause I can still eat about 2500 calories a day and stay there but 220 is cool as I don’t relay need to eat much at all, as much as I love food I also love not eating and torturing myself like that. Once I’m into a starvation diet I enjoy it cause I don’t have to think about eating I just eat once or twice a day and I stay right around 220 which I think is great to get to a point where you are what you are with very little food as I think that is your true self. Kind of weird but I like the basics.

Ok sometime in the next week or so I will see what I can strict curl against a wall.

I would do it this way as well, to pre exhaust the tris and laterals are more important for shoulder appearance imo as well. I pressed mainly for shoulders for the first 25 years of lifting and my shoulders were thick but didn’t pop out now I don’t really press at all and just do lots of laterals and the shoulder look way better. Also when I pressed my tris took over mostly.

my delts are my best bodypart but i still want to make them even better i'm currently training 3 on/1 off

day 1: barbell behind neck press, decline bench to chin, closegrip bench, pec deck and then bent over pressdowns

day 2: machine high row read delt focus, lat pulldown, barbell curl

day 3: skull with close grip bench, rope pressdown, machine lateral, machine overhead press

day 4: off

on day 1 and 3 i get livid with rage and anger and go nuts and day 2 not so much dont really give a fuck bout the pull muscles

after my leg heals from the bad injection i guess i'll do some leg work but still give even less of a fuck bout them than i do pull, but when it comes to push, let's just say i go to work 8)
