I always monitor my tone when speaking to the great robcguns.

Broke it in April playing baseball.....played another 3 months on it then decided to fix it.  Hurt like a bitch the last month.  It's a small sesamoid bone in the ball of the foot, so it's tough to heal.

He said I could squat, but only do normal walking for a week, no running or anything, and no lunges that cause flexation.

Doc actually said "don't leave my office and go run 10 miles".  LOL.

He said I could squat, but only do normal walking for a week, no running or anything, and no lunges that cause flexation.

Training is going "well". ;D  I am trying a wimp version of HIT.  Today I will do shoulders and arms with light weights and try for 20 reps or more doing 3 sets total for each movement and the reps get lower with each set.   The doctors want me smaller and asked that I not lift but go for longer walks.  I can do about a half mile before people start honking at me and asking if I need a ride. 

They're just being nice and I do look like a 'tard out there!   ;D

I don't typically respond to trolls who use my altered images of me for their avatars. However, let me just say if USA Wrestling didn't fall under WADA/USADA I would be competing now.  I also have cauliflower in my left ear it isn't that noticeable because I am a badass who self drained it daily with a needle as a 16 year old kid.

More importantly I have whiplash from racing I get a lot of neck pain. I ice it and put heat on it and use a massage gun on it often. I plan to see a specialist and get an MRI on it. I am hoping the HGH will help may eventually add bpc-157 but really need an MRI. Can I still do a bridge? Yeah all day everyday. Do I feel any need to do one for an anonymous troll who writes nasty shit and stalks me online nope. Here is an idea why don't you go to a gym and actually lift something.

Thanks brother!  And yes, that is the routine but I will try resting a day in between sessions. I am easily winded, LOL!   I know that since I train only 1 leg, I shouldn't have too much  problem recovering from that day.

that split was real popular in the 80's padilla used it among others

in his day mentzer did this...

day 1: pec/tri/leg

day 2: back/delt/bi

I like deadlifts, do them every week, regular and also Romanian version.

Most getbiggers don't seem to like deadlifts.

I don't think they're super-critical for BB purposes, I just like them so I do them.

What do you think your grip limit is for double overhand?  I would guess you could pull that no problem with an over/under and no straps.

Interesting way to think of splitting the body.

Posterior and anterior.

You could include back on the posterior day.

Triceps are posterior too but they are used to move the anterior (chest).

Likewise biceps are anterior but move the posterior (back).
