More importantly I have whiplash from racing I get a lot of neck pain. I ice it and put heat on it and use a massage gun on it often. I plan to see a specialist and get an MRI on it. I am hoping the HGH will help may eventually add bpc-157 but really need an MRI. Can I still do a bridge? Yeah all day everyday. Do I feel any need to do one for an anonymous troll who writes nasty shit and stalks me online nope. Here is an idea why don't you go to a gym and actually lift something.
Training is going "well". I am trying a wimp version of HIT. Today I will do shoulders and arms with light weights and try for 20 reps or more doing 3 sets total for each movement and the reps get lower with each set. The doctors want me smaller and asked that I not lift but go for longer walks. I can do about a half mile before people start honking at me and asking if I need a ride. They're just being nice and I do look like a 'tard out there!

Thanks brother! And yes, that is the routine but I will try resting a day in between sessions. I am easily winded, LOL! I know that since I train only 1 leg, I shouldn't have too much problem recovering from that day.

Your technique was really nice and smooth, and props for doing a full reset at the bottom.What do you think your grip limit is for double overhand? I would guess you could pull that no problem with an over/under and no straps.
