Tried to train pecs and was weak as fuck could only use bout 50% my normal training loads but still trained anyway like a dipshit
I usually train tris first wo and pecs second wo so maybe that fucked it up? Also I just got up after 5 hrs sleep and train didn't eat so many that fucked it up?
Will slam a HUGE mcds meal now large double mcroyal double filet of fish and a fucking mcflurry
Then I'll come back and smash my outstanding triceps
