do you do pull ups too? Pull ups are a staple of my back training.

I would do them in place of wide pull downs.

Never liked 1 arm rows...they did fuck all for me.

I think two-arm DB Rows are superior.....can`t use  as much weight but if you make an effort to hold at the top for a sec or 2 they Krank  crank !  :D

They did them early on to build a foundation,just like they did heavy benches and squats......most just go light after building or cease doing them at all.

Try all three please as heavy as you can without a spot !!  ;D

My best weighted pull up (attempt) was me (200lbs or so) + 135.   I didn't get the chin over the bar...so I do not think its really a rep.  More like a Hankins rep.

These or with a barbell are awesome. You can change the angle of the seat and hit different areas of your back.

I already have a foundation the goal is to blow up individual muscles not to build a big deadlift through neuro-muscular connections and everything working in unison. But will give them a try for shits and giggles. I dont have a way to load the bar right now putting plate number 2-5 on each end of a bar that is flat on the ground sucks. Once I get a proper rack can use low Jcups or pins to load the bar.
