4 sets standing barbell, last set 8 reps with a 40k bar strict with zero swing or cheating and no wall behind me.

Ok so how much did you deadlift and for how many reps? Are you just claiming you looked sexy for your boyfriend or are you claiming you lifted more than 280 for 10 reps? Because I am going heavier that was not a max effort for me

My morning weight has been as heavy as 222lbs so no I did not drop 20lbs. I was 213lbs this am. I dropped about 10lbs due to lower calories and dehydration. I was cramping bad yesterday like locked up in pain.

Doesn't matter though you guys claim I look exactly the same when fully bulked at 235lbs or shredded at 210lbs it's all the same to getbig

When he wants to present he's strong (powerlifting lens), he's 210-220 lbs. (but if you're lighter than him, it doesn't matter what you lift)

I have been 210-222 morning pounds the last month. This is 214lbs right now. I have been passing blood and had diarrhea the past few days or really week so yeah I lost some weight. Once I feel better I will gain some back. At full healthy hydration mid day I am 225lbs. However I have not been fully hydrated and healthy this week
