Or my weight actually fluctuates because I eat food and drink during the day and sometimes have digestive issues. Here is right now I would say I am strong and lean. I have been 210-222 morning pounds the last month. This is 214lbs right now. I have been passing blood and had diarrhea the past few days or really week so yeah I lost some weight. Once I feel better I will gain some back. At full healthy hydration mid day I am 225lbs. However I have not been fully hydrated and healthy this week

Not Constantly Bitching & whining about being ill & ailments
Take up darts / bowls / Pie eating you're very clearly not Mentally or
Physically suited to hard heavy lifting it's beyond you.
