Test at 250 indefinitely

Primo somewhere btw 100-400 working on this RIGHT NOW

The prime anabolic driver will be either 50 mgs var or 30 mgs var and 20 mgs dbol

And drol only used before my show for 2-7 days @ 50-100 mgs

You're slipping - it's been 13 hours since you talked about changing things - you need to up your game and change your mind every few hours - confuse the hormone system

barbell curl 3/4: 110x7 today morn 110x8 today evening 120x4

close-grip plams up pulldown 3/4: 165x10 today morn 175x10 today evening 185x8 (significant GAINS) (stack is 210)

cable rope hammer curls 3/4: 40x17 today morn 40x22 today evening 45x20 (GAAAAIIIIINNNNSSSSS)

dumbbell spider curl 3/4: 25x7 today morn 25x11 today evening 35x10 (significant GAINS)

Getting ready to hit tris and it for damn sure all my lifts go up

Doc Blakeley said that under his training tutelage I could have ripped and dry 18 inch arms @ 4-5¥ body fat

I think he's insane no way that could ever be

Best I could have are 17 inchers

Also I have strongly and firmly decided to never ever weigh more than 181💪💪💪

bench press 225x 3 reps... 7 sets

dips............3 sets to failure, around 8 reps

blood work has been great.. still jacked.. just not near as big or strong as i was but i feel awesome.. morning fasted glucose level is still in the 90's w no medication anymore.. that diet you recommended saved my ass.. still on it for the most part.. i pay much more attention to my carb choices these days than i used to. overall no complaints!!! thanks for asking brother!

its been great training w him.. forgot how nice it was to be young tho.. 2 fuckin warm up sets, never winded, full range of motion w no pain, eats whatever he wants.. lol here i am warming up my delts for 20 minutes just to hit chest lol smh.. whered the time go pal?

I took Hendas advice and pre-exhausted my quads before doing my Leg Presses as my knees were simply killing me....worked like a charm.....thanks Henda,you`re the man........besides myself of course!!  LOL  ;D

Best leg workout I had in a while....I limped to my car.
