day 2-lats (high carb)
day 3-pecs (low carb)
day 4-bis (med carb)
day 5-tris (high carb)
low carbs-only carb with breakkie which will be 1 liter of milk next 2 meals 200 grams of chicken breast ONLY
med carbs-milk breakkie and carbs with chicken breast (either poatatoe or oatmeal) in 2nd meal and only chiecken breast ONLY 3rd meal
high carbs-milk breakkie and mcds 2nd meal and and carbs with chicken breast (either potatoe or oatmeal) 3rd meal
low and mod carb are clean high carb has 2 clean and one mcds
i may start it on sat which is day 1 delt-low carb but i wanna go to the club and if i do i have to drink only water and no alcohol so that would fucking suck

Hey brother, I would love to do that if it was in my hands but unfortunately it's impossible for us to grant access in the program without any investment at all.
That would've been the plan with the 1000ish to make an ROI so you can pay off over a period of time based on results but if that's difficult rn we can always wait longer and see if it's more feasible in the long term.
