I should probably say I trained biceps yesterday and shoulders the day before
I was getting a very loud popping sound in the left shoulder when I tried dumbell presses. I tried two different weights and it was no good. I then tried side laterals same issue. I then tried front raises and everything felt ok. As such I just did front raises.

For Biceps last night I did EZ bar Curls after 2 warm up sets of
Dumbells
2x12
EZ BAR 20,20,15,15,15,15
I did not do triceps with biceps as I plan to do Chest today
I will then do legs again before the week is over
