Congrats You did 12 sets over a half hour of actual lifting 4-4:30 and 2.5 hours of bullshit
Do you have a clue how hard it is to train with very little rest?

One day last week a guy says to me ........"All done already huh Tim.....I`ve been here for 2 hours"...............my reply was....."I just did 27 total sets in 36 minutes"......he says..."well at least you showed up".

So I gave him my standard speech for know nothing idiots, about "intensity of effort" which is what I call it..... thanks to my stealing it from Vince Gironda.

"I says to the slob......if you and I weighed the same,had the same exact strength level,did the exact same workout, using the exact same weight, for the exact same number of reps, but it took you 2 hours to finish,but I did it in 45 minutes,which one of trained harder " ?.....he says...."Well we did the exact same thing"....I said "No I trained far harder than you did because I did it in 45 minutes as opposed to you taking 2 hours to finish"

He stared stupidly as I walked away with a vascular pump.

Haven't done single leg presses in so many years I forgot about them but I've never experienced issues with the ribs. Interestingly enough, a quick search shows a several people had ribs pop during leg press. Did you go too low or too fast or at a weird angle?

The 30 rep seated calf raises are a bitch, as are all high rep sets for calves.
It happened to me about two or three months ago I can do them again I’ve been going heavy again, but I couldn’t do them for almost 2 months. I had five plates on each side and I thought a rack to weight and I did it took my feet off and then it crashed down on my ribs, but I caught it with my feet like last minute, but I was pinned my knees or into my chest or my knees were behind my rib I think thank God two guys that I know one guy train with pulled it off, but I was sore for weeks

I should probably say I trained biceps yesterday and shoulders the day before

I was getting a very loud popping sound in the left shoulder when I tried dumbell presses. I tried two different weights and it was no good. I then tried side laterals same issue. I then tried front raises and everything felt ok. As such I just did front raises.
40,30,20,15,12,10

For Biceps last night I did EZ bar Curls after 2 warm up sets of
Dumbells
2x12
EZ BAR 20,20,15,15,15,15

I did not do triceps with biceps as I plan to do Chest today

I will then do legs again before the week is over
