Shoulders
Tried side raises starting at 15lbs to just loosen up shoulder then went up 5lbs shoulder was doing too many weird popping and grinding things had to stop at 25lbs
Moved on to seated dumbell press after 2 sets of warmups managed 4 sets of dumbbells presses without shoulder being too disagreeable

All sets were in the 20-25 rep range

I do have a torn pec nothing I can do about that in the short term. However both arms are looking great these days. Also to be fair both shoulders are showing decent development above. The back also won me my last show I think it's a strong point.

As far as legs yep they need some work and I am working on them. I do think I could be competitive in 6 weeks at Masters and Collegiate Nationals in July however yeah I am trying to sell a house and move right now kind of busy

And yeah I get it you are a former competitive bodybuilder now in such shit shape you have to put it down as gay and claim sharing your current condition would be gay. Have you fallen off that bad? Never said I beat an Olympic champion said I scored on him as in got a takedown in practice not the same thing but yeah absolutely we were walking around the same weight. I was listed as a 142lber on the roster I think I may have been 160lbs beginning of the season? I know I was 170 the following summer when I started seriously lifting and 205 the following winter break. I had not started seriously lifting yet I was still really thin. I can put together my exact progression of weight if everyone is really that worried about it but we were walking the same weight. I can't remember if that was the collegiate or freestyle weight class. He was an assistant coach at NC State training for the Olympics. We also had a national freestyle champion freshman at the same weight the 3 of us would drill together as the other kid was their big prospect.

I even remember havign a conversation about the team trials with him because I was worried he had to go through the Brands brother from Iowa who was a power style wrestler and NCAA champ. But Kendall had a funky style they called him Gumby he would use weird inside trips and such kind of like I did in my mma match throw. You know the answer to this because I have been over it 1000 times. I have never once claimed to have had a competitive boxing match in ring. However yes absolutely I have trained with boxers in boxing gyms I know how to throw a punch. I have been punched in the face many times.

You even saw me throwing left hooks and stuff jabs that landed backed up and spun my opponent around in my mma fight. You then attacked my footwork well guess what it was an mma fight not a boxing match footwork is not the same. You said my lead left hook would not land against you.
