I'm tightening up my diet and getting used to the volume and regularity of the food. fairly standard lots of eggs, tuna, etc etc etc
I take little in the way of supplements but one of the lads at the gym has recommended a few things which should assist me so am going to have. look.. sticking to a simple test cycle too. doing this long term is the goal. I genuinely enjoy the training the harder the better, the more suffering the better. but the sense of reward after a hard session is great- as are the endorphins!

You sound a lot like me....I love training balls to the wall and when someone thinks I cant get another rep...I squeeze out 3-4 more.......fuck pain,I welcome it in and beat the shit out of it.
Your plan sounds good.....just be consistant,and
NEVER get complacent like our resident weirdo who thinks he`s better than Jeff and the rest of the bodybuilding world.....he`s a fucking joke who won`t progress much because he`s lazy and complacent thinking he can walk in a show today and win....you and I know differently but you can`t convince that dickhead because he already thinks he`s great even though he accomplished jackshit.
I love when he says he can beat Jeff.....it`s actually comedy gold !!
