There is a difference between a Pro using machines because they lift too heavy for free weights and a slob weakling like yourself or DJ using machines because they are too weak for free weights.

I train with pros and I make progress. I am really happy with how it goes and have literally dozens of mates at my gym/ boxing and muay thai. You train alone, make no progress, seem perpetually angry at how life is and have no friends.
