I rode 30 miles today at 17 mph with 1500 feet of climbing.

These are very ho-hum numbers, I’m not a great cyclist.

You can't compare a regular bike speed to a recumbent trike completely different world

When I trained with this coach in Ukraine who was an ameture light heavy he trained me into the fucking ground and I had to just sleep for an hour or even two

That never happened with BB training and I pushed pretty doing a giant set with my coach which went like this

Db incline press to failure plus 2-4 forced reps and 2-4 negatives then run to the cable pulley and do 3 drop sets of crossovers all with 2-4 forced reps and then run to the dip bars to failure and 4-6; negatives nearly falling the fuck off the dip bars🤣🤣🤣

How are you doing these forced reps are you making some poor shmuck curl your presses when you hit failure

When do you start training legs surely the open wounds you claim for the last 6 months must be healed by now?

I rode my bike for an hour yesterday and I did 6 sets of 15 dumbell presses that is 90 fucking reps. Don't even pretend you did more yesterday when you don't lift at all

It's 6am. I had to wake up early because my wife had to leave for court in Raleigh and I wanted to have a cup of coffee with her. I am not angry. I also have not had any cannabis yet today. I am going to have some before I head out on my bike ride. Later after that I will do squats today then some pullups tomorrow and leg extensions Sunday to finish off the week. I already did deadlifts, bench press, shoulder press, and leg extensions this week.

I will say though I have put back on nearly 15lbs since I started riding the appetite increase is very noticeable.

I train with pros and I make progress. I am really happy with how it goes and have literally dozens of mates at my gym/ boxing and muay thai. You train alone, make no progress, seem perpetually angry at how life is and have no friends.

No sorry you don't get to compare your machine lift to my actual weightlifting. Just like you don't get to compare a stationary bike ride to a real bike ride. I am doing squats today after I ride my bike. I did dead's the other day. Both those exercises hit the legs using dig this actual free weights.
