Doug,do you have any real world experience about training,eating,and gear rather than just listening to the contradicting opinions of all the internet assholes you listen to?
Stop changinging things up constantly....how will you know what works for you if you don`t give it a long enough chance to progress?
In other words,yes garner some info,but stop flopping around like a fish out of water and find out what the fuck works best for you.....these guys are "influencers" don`t let them influence you cuz most have done jackshit in the "Iron Game"....everybody responds differently to different stimuli.
If you say "Vigorous Fucking Steve" one more freaking time,I`m on the next flight to Poland with bad intentions.

I've been pretty consistent with counting calories
Started at 2000 then went to 2400 now I'm up to 2600
And gear has been pretty consistent been on the 200 test base for months and titrated up from 100 deca then went to 200 deca after 4 and now 300 deca after another 4 weeks and I'll stay with this dose another 4 to 8 weeks but if I add something in after 4 weeks it will be var
With the training I was doing low volume heavy weights low reps which grew my delts and pecs but not my arms so I added in higher rep volume giant set work for arms and it's already expanding them
2600 should be enough for lean gains but if not I'll have to increase it again
Thanks for the heads up but my calorie counting has been going on for over 5 weeks
I'll probably stay at this gear dose for 8 weeks before putting in some var
