What do studies say builds more muscle, 10 sets of 3 reps with 40% of your max or 10 sets of 3 reps with 80% of your max?

Again, you are making it more complicated all sets and rep ranges build muscle as long as you are in a calorie surplus and training you will build muscle

This damn wound is nearly shut got a doc appointment on Friday but if it does shut completely will most likely cancel but maybe I should go to get the go ahead to train legs little bit/lightly

Just don't give a flying fuck bout training them hard

But arms? Well that is a completely different story

Came back for high rep work on them and they were looking more round and full good shit

At McDonald's now.. double quarter pounder with cheese 6 chicken nuggets extra large fry and coke

This sounds so dumb to me. Relying on some castor oil for your fat intake? And does the body metabolize it in the same way as ingestion or break it down and excrete it? I dont know but either way it seems very moronic. Think of all the sources of good fats, avacados, extra virgin olive oil, eggs, nuts, fish, steak etc you think injecting some old castor oil in to your glutes or wherever is going to match that?

I just started HGH therapy this year and HGH it is not going to add weight that is not the point by all means start taking HGH and let me know how much muscle you add

Doug,do you have any real world experience about training,eating,and gear rather than  just listening to the contradicting opinions of all the internet assholes you listen to?

Stop changinging things up constantly....how will you know what works for you if you don`t give it a long enough chance to progress?

In other words,yes garner some info,but stop flopping around like a fish out of water and find out what the fuck works best for you.....these guys are "influencers" don`t let them influence you cuz most have done jackshit in the "Iron Game"....everybody responds differently to different stimuli.

I've been pretty consistent with counting calories

Started at 2000 then went to 2400 now I'm up to 2600

And gear has been pretty consistent been on the 200 test base for months and titrated up from 100 deca then went to 200 deca after 4 and now 300 deca after another 4 weeks and I'll stay with this dose another 4 to 8 weeks but if I add something in after 4 weeks it will be var

With the training I was doing low volume heavy weights low reps which grew my delts and pecs but not my arms so I added in higher rep volume giant set work for arms and it's already expanding them

2600 should be enough for lean gains but if not I'll have to increase it again

Thanks for the heads up but my calorie counting has been going on for over 5 weeks

I'll probably stay at this gear dose for 8 weeks before putting in some var

I woke on cables for triceps and I do reverse grip pressdowns giant set with regular pressdowns giant set with bent over pressdowns and I can only bend over with 80 pounds max can't get more weight down to position so I decided to do high reps 20ish and max it out over time

Pretty sure once I max it out I'll have 16+ inch arms

It's the same with the close grip wide grip regular girl curls as the max set barbell is only 65 pounds but they do have a regular short barbell so I could go to that
