Weights used?

The correct amount obviously the first couple sets were lighter than the last. I don't really care if I use 5lbs or 500lbs I am not prepping for a powerlifting meet. I only have 30 days though so only so much can be done but legs are getting extra attention.

More importantly I am noticing a big improvement in my knee stability and lung capacity which I attribute to the trike riding. However I am worried too much could eat into my muscle tissue don't want to be stringy also the heat is hurting my appetite ulcer is making me not want to eat and drink enough. But I Changed a few things in training diet and supplementation will see how the body responds with 30 days of increased training.

I will probably peak after the show as some things take a little more time than 30 days but it is a lifestyle always trying to improve and hey maybe I then try an Amateur Olympia Run. I mean probably not but you never know. If in Vegas anyway

Low handle trap bar is just basically a squat.

I don't feel the hip hinge that I do with the high handle.

I think working them both makes sense and the trap stuff works great in conditioning circuits like SC does.

But prefer straight bar.

Don't even bother about legs? Get an 18 inch ripped and dry arm @ 5% or be like me and settle for a 16 incher as that's basically all that my genetics will allow 🥺
