IF - and this is never going to happen, Hanks spent 3 years in law school; passed the bar; got admitted; what type of job is he possibly going to get? Hankins' lack of people skills would render him to doing menial soul sucking paperwork for 80 hours a week in a cubicle like motions, document production, etc. for 80-100k a year at best.
Sounds like a decent living to me you also seem to forget I already know a network of lawyers
Life is also not just about money. I like challenging myself and doing new things. I probably won't get accepted to Law School. I also will probably decide it is too much work and would rather just sit home and day trade by the pool. But that doesn't mean I can't try. Maybe I do get in and maybe I enjoy reading and debating law. Maybe I just like having an excuse to wear a suit.
I am thinking of applying for the flex program which allows you to complete the first year in 2 years and cost half as much it also allows you to work. But again, let me get through the exam first.
