Now that the flesh wounds have healed when does leg training commence?
Every time I got to the gym I take a taxi there and then the metro home
It's about a 30 minutes brisk walk.from the metro to my flat so this is a good start
Later I'll add bike intervals and that will add 2 full inches to each leg
Now my leg is 20.5 inches when I was doing the intervals only it was 22.5 inches and that's good enough for me
My top size was 24.5 inches so I can easily go.back to that size but I will only go there if i get my arms to 16.5
I'm thinking I can maybe train arms and chest every 3 days since I won't train my legs or shoulders at all and I train my back very sparingly
So that will leave more recovery for the chest and arms
Like I said only bike intervals will add 2 full inches to each thigh and that's enough
