This is a training thread, and we have our standards after all.

Given that, I am aware SC's 515 was hex, low handle.

Hankins lift of 95bs less that "tweaked something" was high bar.

I keep thinking bout contracting a boxing gym and get some Lessons to perfect my punching skills

Main goal is to have even faster hands and throw with better technique and higher precision

Would like punching power to go up as well but would have been lightening fast with incredible accuracy

Thing is I prefer spending my money on drugs and whores but if this new drug helps me get a steady fuck them I can save money on whores but that money would probably be spent on buying her shit😂😂😂

But I did have 2 girls that I dated in Poland who actually bought me gifts, mostly clothes so who knows.....

Today.

4 - 5:30

4 sets DB squats 130lbs
4 sets DB RDL's 75's
Flat Barbell bench - 135 x 10 , 135 x 10, 225 x 8, 225 x 8, 275 x 5, 275 x 5

40 min circuit

405lb hex bar deads x 3 +   

3 sets incline DB bench x 10 w 80's
3 sets dips - x 15
3 sets push ups x 15
3 sets cable crossover x 15

6 - 7:30 - BJJ

Every time I got to the gym I take a taxi there and then the metro home

It's about a 30 minutes brisk walk.from the metro to my flat so this is a good start

Later I'll add bike intervals and that will add 2 full inches to each leg

Now my leg is 20.5 inches when I was doing the intervals only it was 22.5 inches and that's good enough for me

My top size was 24.5 inches so I can easily go.back to that size but I will only go there if i get my arms to 16.5

I'm thinking I can maybe train arms and chest every 3 days since I won't train my legs or shoulders at all and I train my back very sparingly

So that will leave more recovery for the chest and arms

Like I said only  bike intervals will add 2 full inches to each thigh and that's enough

Thanks my friend....but I was told today....not in so many words that I have Pancreatic Cancer.

There is still hope as I have to see a specialist and possibly radiation or some other means can save me......I`ll know more when I see him.

I`m wicked depressed right now.....please keep me in your thoughts and prayers even if you aren`t a religious man.

So alright I can train them a bit but if they get to big I will have the back the fuck off

I plan to have 16 inch arms within 6 weeks or so sonin that case they could be 24 inches MAX

I will never ever have 18 inch arms but doc Blakeley said I can have 17 inches but I doubt it

Remember.... In my book your arm measurement only matters when you are 5-6% otherwise fuck off
