Unilateral side raise 2 sets to failure plus 1 forced on the first could not do a second forced and # forced on the secord set plus 2 forced could not do a 3rd

Face pull 2 failure sets

Row 2 sets to failure last set was a breakdown same deal with pulldowns

Not bad, I think you need to do more than 2 sets for back.

Not bad, I think you need to do more than 2 sets for back.

From all the info I've watched online I need to do 2 more rows

Most all of them do 3 row moves and 1 pulldown/chin up

I like dB rows but I'm afraid they would thicker my obliques

And there is no way on hell I would even do any kind of sld or Romanian dead

I could add a cable pulley row and another machine row I suppose

As on back day I do delt work but I'll just do side raises and face pulls

Honestly I'd rather do one row and 3 pulldown chins coz I love width not thickness

I pigged out on carbs today got medicine from doctor yesterday which cured my stomach pain and appetite came back with a vengeance added 5lbs to my evening weight

They gave me a drinkable concoction with lidocaine in it cured stomach pain I have had for weeks in 5 minutes

Did not travel today but traveling tomorrow need to not pig out again like today one day refeed is ok but 9 days out need to keep it lean and mean

You look deformed in comparison like a fucking hunchback or something. Did you say you wanted to be called the shape???

My weight class is 209lbs this is 208lbs at night. Its a good balance of size and condition for me. I will weigh in at about this weight at 6pm then will be closer to 205 on stage at 10am and maintain that weight through finals vs 215 last time. I am crisper in the morning body got a lot of sodium and carbs today will look tighter in am but this is still over 40 winning shape and condition right now. I am not going to win the Open. I am 46 years old I am happy with where I am at but do want to see the comparisons to a better lineup in the younger open competitors.

To be fair maybe DJ can win an over 50 board short contest
