Not bad, I think you need to do more than 2 sets for back.
From all the info I've watched online I need to do 2 more rows
Most all of them do 3 row moves and 1 pulldown/chin up
I like dB rows but I'm afraid they would thicker my obliques
And there is no way on hell I would even do any kind of sld or Romanian dead
I could add a cable pulley row and another machine row I suppose
As on back day I do delt work but I'll just do side raises and face pulls
Honestly I'd rather do one row and 3 pulldown chins coz I love width not thickness
