Bare in mind I’m a lot weaker than I was pre heart attack and diabetes

Press behind neck was 57.5kg for 7 and 45x12
Incline was 82.5 for 7 and 72.5 for 12
Close grip bench was same as incline

Prior to getting Ill the incline was around 110 for 8 and close grip 120 for 8 do still a long way off doubt I’ll ever get back to that body just doesn't respond the same any more

I'm sorry to hear about that because you are a good dude

Cheers mate I won’t stop trying hopefully will get there it’s just frustrating as can be making good progress then blood sugar will go sky high and wipe 5kg of bodyweight away in a few days.

Spent most my life with one illness or another and just had no option but to just get on with things. Got colitis age 13 and never really got better was forced to have large intestine removed at age 28 due to pre cancer cells, then had a period of decent health till my heart attack, after 2 weeks in hospital I discharged myself and went back to work the next day. Then got the bastard diabetes earlier this year despite being in shape and having no family history. Just got to crack on with life mate

Rode bike 17 miles

Lying leg curl 3 sets
Knee extension 3 sets
Nordics 3 sets (I'm bad at these, can't do one without lots of arms help)
Lunges 2 sets
Standing calf raise 3 sets
Some hip rehab fuckery

2nd Full Body, had two extra days off since the last, due to baseball.

Deadlift: 8/8/6/6 (first straight bar since April)
Inc DB Press 3 x 10
VBar Row: 3 x 10 (was supposed to be pull down, arm won't let me)
Front Squat 3 x 10
Reverse Hyper 2 x 12
Olympic Bar 1 arm shoulder press 2 x 10

Will run today, do another full body tomorrow

Hack squat 1x8, 1x15 (last set rest pause style 6 continuous then breath between reps till reach 15)
