Before I got sick I was very close I will be close again in a few months when healthy but pec tear repair will put me past you in 12 you are a little shorter but just as big you dont get a curve for being lighter

You were not close to a 500lb low bar hex DL.  You tweaked something on a 420 high bar.  A 420 high bar is like 335lbs on the olympic bar.

You were not close to 10-12 easy reps on the incline with 100lb DBs.

Plus you use test and GH.

You're out of you league on this one.

No idea why you have this weird fascination with comparing yourself to people like this.

SC and Krank could train you into the ground, just like joswift would in a BB comp.  Guess what, they'd do the same to me, but I don't care, and wouldn't make false claims about it.  Just respect that are people who can actually do things better than you.

I pulled 420 easy SC is pulling 500 I can pull 500 its not that far off and I have been training deads just like squats I am not going heavy but I am doing reps I have gotten stronger in the legs. I do think 12 months from now I will be pulling and squatting heavier as again I do believe my legs are improving.

You used a high bar.  He used a low bar.  That alone is gigantic difference.  Never mind it's also a 20% increase in weight.

You'll never do it low bar.  Never.

At a bodyweight of 215lbs I can hit the same numbers you are hitting. Maybe I get a rep less but I can still lift the weight. I am li doing it with 1.5 pecs. Let me get my pec fixed then lets talk. I have hit 350lbs for a double after 2 pec tears at 3 pec tears I am pressing closer to 315 but let me get my pec fixed and a year of recovery and I will be benching more than you again
