I did my bloodwork Tuesday. I wanted a real base reading not inflammation and damage from weight training. I had not worked out or taking anything since the show. I want an honest lab result showing if there is any real damage to kidney and liver function not just recently damaged tissue. Also, I was sick no point putting the body through training when sick. So, I waited to not be sick and get my bloodwork before training again. I have done that now and given my ligaments a break. I am now training and eating again
