Scale is accurate I check my weight on multiple scales all the time. Now did I have some food in me? Am I a little lighter at 6am? Sure I was 225lbs this am when I got up that was from last night. Doesn't change the fact my body is still gaining weight just from being healthy. My body wants to be 230lbs not 170lbs. You guys talk me into cutting 30lbs every year it damn near kills me every time. I get sick as hell then you all say see you sucked at 210/215lbs after cutting to 200/205 and trying to rehydrate and eat on a ruined digestive system from weight cutting then you say I should be 170lbs. Meanwhile a month later just by not having the shits. I am 230lbs again and not fat not even bulking just eating regular and resting more on no gear. I am not cutting back down that low every again. I am not a classic I am too big for that I need to change class it is killing me cutting that much weight

Believe lol I have consistently weighed myself for years including multiple contests weighed by others. You are the only person here who freaks out and can't handle the fact I may weigh more than you. No one is under 197lbs and you weigh less than I do on stage stop it.
