I already proved everything that’s just a pic I found today of the Platoon going through an old box which apparently is weird during a move now? If we were in Sophia Bulgaria then no I would not have been big peaking yet it would be a few more months after that. This was before digital photography

Hey Hankins since your shoulder is doing better maybe you can prove that conventional deadlift(no straps) of 500 "with ease" now.  Since you're all about proving your claims.

2002/2003 is not "before digital photography", digital cameras were very popular at this time and digital outsold film cameras starting in 2003.

420 did not break a sweat was as heavy as bar would allow 500 would not be a problem. However, I am one day back after a 3-week rest on the shoulder. I wasn't even sure if shoulder was going to work today so no thanks

Believe whatever you want I can't do it now but that is my high water mark 315x6 on incline I did it about 4 months after that pic. All we did on deployment was lift. I didn't always have a torn pec and 2 surgically repaired shoulders.

I did not have an instant camera. I took a roll of film back from Kosovo. I have moved half a dozen times since then. I have like half a few photos left and they mean a lot to me. Some are in bad condition. The best one is only on my hard drive which I have not even setup yet. But I have posted it here previously. I have more than proven I was in the Infantry and in Kosovo. I am still in touch on a regular basis with one of my 2 workout partners from the Army. You all are a bunch of assholes who spent 20 pages here and 4 years falsely accusing me of stolen valor.

Tell me again how I could not qualify for the Army? Tell me again how they would never let me in the Infantry. Tell me again I lied about being recruited SF. I proved every word I said.

So I am lazy because I lifted yesterday before Krank cleared me? GTFO I literally got back to it as soon as I could get back to it. The cortisone shot on the 19th reduced the inflammation, and I started lifting again on it on the 30th. If I waited for everything to be 100 I would never lift again. I started back on machines and high reps to see how it did. But the forward press isn't the issue it is the overhead that is an issue. I did try some overhead with light dumbells and was surprisingly ok.

Today I will do rows and rear delts to work it. I do feel it in the shoulder a little but this morning

I hurt it doing Shrugs Sept 3rd. I did nothing for a week then I started doing rehab type stuff on it around the 12th. I got cortisone the 19th and finally did some light smith machine work Sept 30th a full 4 weeks later.

Who stopped anything I do my shoulder rotator rehab exercises every other day or so sometimes everyday. I don't wait until I go to the gym I do them throughout the day.

if hes back incline benching three weeks after an impinged shoulder with zero rehab then he didnt have a fucking impinged shoulder

Left Shoulder is impinged or dislocated cant raise arm to the left or out front more then 20 degrees probably rotator cuff tendonitis . Dealt with it yesterday going to see a Dr today maybe get a cortisone shot. This all started after the high rep shrug day was stiff after that and now cant use it at all. Need to get this figured out before pec surgery or wont have a working arm.

I will say weight has come on. This morning weight not last night this morning empty stomach weight was 225lb.
Brian first mentioned his shoulder on 8th Sept, he was still attacking Wes about having cancer on the 3rd and 4th

Oh and still threatening all comers to fight him as well

Back training 4 sets a day. Must have gotten some info that the Pec surgery is off. Doctor Hamburger Chest must have pulled the plug based on some tests or blood work or something.

Maybe he had a more famous client asking for first week of November?
