So I am lazy because I lifted yesterday before Krank cleared me? GTFO I literally got back to it as soon as I could get back to it. The cortisone shot on the 19th reduced the inflammation, and I started lifting again on it on the 30th. If I waited for everything to be 100 I would never lift again. I started back on machines and high reps to see how it did. But the forward press isn't the issue it is the overhead that is an issue. I did try some overhead with light dumbells and was surprisingly ok.Today I will do rows and rear delts to work it. I do feel it in the shoulder a little but this morning
Yeah, all of that sounds great for the shoulder....Make sure you do a lot more repetitious movements with something that was just inflamed, sorry "dislocated". Maybe you should go hang some more pictures for your "mobility"....right?
I hurt it doing Shrugs Sept 3rd. I did nothing for a week then I started doing rehab type stuff on it around the 12th. I got cortisone the 19th and finally did some light smith machine work Sept 30th a full 4 weeks later.
I inspired you to do rehab...which you subsequently stopped after the 19th.
Who stopped anything I do my shoulder rotator rehab exercises every other day or so sometimes everyday. I don't wait until I go to the gym I do them throughout the day.
Left Shoulder is impinged or dislocated cant raise arm to the left or out front more then 20 degrees probably rotator cuff tendonitis . Dealt with it yesterday going to see a Dr today maybe get a cortisone shot. This all started after the high rep shrug day was stiff after that and now cant use it at all. Need to get this figured out before pec surgery or wont have a working arm.I will say weight has come on. This morning weight not last night this morning empty stomach weight was 225lb.
