I lifted 4 days last week and rode my bike just as much. I am up early again as I ride early. It's weird I am not even eating much and I am sitting 220lbs when I wake up. I am also starting to get leaner at this weight. The big thing is my energy is really good. I noticed it yesterday muscles were twitchy. After recovering from that 600 rep workout body just started changing. I am re comping at weight. I will hit some pressing movements today after my ride. I am actually in decent form right now. I still have not gone heavy yet as shoulder was recent but feeling pretty good.

Im in discussions with NASA right now, I will let you all know in 3 months if my first exam is successful

Please all tell me its not happening so I can keep dodging any questions by limiting my answers to half tuths and semantics, after three months when my exam hasnt come around I will tell you that they have put it off for a month because they think I may be too clever to actually go...

This should keep me with enough abuse and accusations of lying to make me feel like someone hates me enough to aknowledge my existence

The new gym does have a squat rack. Maybe I should give it a try legs feel strong. They don't allow cameras in the weight room pics or filming though

No update nothing has changed still in November. When I scheduled the pec surgery there were 2 dates available Oct 23rd or Nov 13th. I took Nov 13th so I could take the Lsat again Nov 9th. I am a warrior and a scholar.
