You guys can talk gut all you want but condition and weight go hand in hand. Obviously, your condition is not going to be the same at a heavier weight. However, at no time do I ever get sloppy. You guys keep claiming I have lost all my size and condition and haven't trained in weeks it's bullshit. This is 227lbs right now after my morning rehydration and breakfast. Am I in show condition? No but I am plenty lean and healthy my digestive system is working and I am doing cardio and not pushing calories. I feel pretty good this is a healthy weight for me.
