Ligaments and tendons do not get the same amount of blood flow. You need higher reps to get the blood into them. Proof? Go ride a bike 10 miles tomorrow tell me where you don't feel it.

No shit they don't.  Show me the proof that higher reps will produce more blood flow INTO them.

I certainly won't feel the bike ride in my biceps, triceps, chest, lats, or traps.  Soooooo it doesn't work "everything".

Still waiting on an answer to my question : is it a measure of a man to enlist in the military?

Everything as in lower body. I have had this discussion with doctors you simply do not get the same nutrient rich blood flow into ligaments and tendons from low reps as high reps. You need that higher rep work for the ligaments and tendons.

Funny...research says that high loading produced the best mechanical and morphological changes to tendons. 

In addition, heavier eccentric and slow resistance (i.e. tempo) training had the best outcomes for increasing neurovascularity. 

I could go on, but you did have this discussion with DOCTORS (plural)....so, yeah.

No both have their purpose muscular hypertrophy is not the same as tendon and ligament training but regardless I do both

You guys can talk gut all you want but condition and weight go hand in hand. Obviously, your condition is not going to be the same at a heavier weight. However, at no time do I ever get sloppy. You guys keep claiming I have lost all my size and condition and haven't trained in weeks it's bullshit. This is 227lbs right now after my morning rehydration and breakfast. Am I in show condition? No but I am plenty lean and healthy my digestive system is working and I am doing cardio and not pushing calories. I feel pretty good this is a healthy weight for me.

I see it as very risky & with multi joint movements like Squats the risks are much lower.
