Or I sold a 20-year-old house for 1.4m and bought one even nicer brand new one for 740k and put the rest into income generating investments. Additionally, being more efficient my electric bill dropped from 1k a month to under 200 dollars also no pool guy and no pool water bill. Those investments and savings generate more monthly income than your job. Hell I am saving 2k a month in expenses from utilities and gas from driving back and forth to Raleigh. I am so stupid I am going to have enough money and free time to go to law school at 50 for shits and giggles. I don't even have to borrow the money but I might anyway and invest it as well as the government will loan not just tuition but also housing expenses. Then pay it back after that investment doubles or get a government job and never pay it back at all. What a moron I am. Oh yeah I also have a mortgage payment due to me every month now. I am so dumb too bad I didnt go to school for Finance and work on Wall Street and earn a Charter Financial Analyst designation for money management. Oh wait I did and I am never going to have to work another day in my life. Of course I like the idea of being a lawyer it sounds like fun so I am going to try and get into law school.
