405lbs wasn't too bad. I am feeling really confident I can add 50lbs not sure about 95 but definitely not outside range of possibility though.

It gets blown out by an inch weekly now

Was 36 now easily 44-46 inches relaxed

No fucking way..... and it never showed him standing straight up with the bar.......in fact no one bends back and flexes the erectors at the top of the movement like they did in the old power meets........kind of what I would deem calling it a "lockout" of sorts.
