Upper body today, higher reps, not to failure.

push ups 3 x 25
pulldowns 3 x 15
dips 3 x 20
pull ups 3 x 10
incline dumbbell press 3 x 15
chest supported dumbbell rows 3 x 15
dumbbell flyes 3 x 20
cable lat pullover 3 x 15
side lateral raises 3 x 20
seated dumbbell press 3 x 15
face pulls 3 x 20
dumbbell curls 3 x 20
rope pushdowns 3 x 20

still a bit pissed off about getting shafted at the worlds, there were 8 guys I was not even placed in the top 6, head judge overwrites as he pleases and has it out for me, no more PCA. Might do NPC Irish Muscle contest next May.

This would be cool hell come to the USA and do NPC Master Nationals. GetBig Reunion 2026 no reason half a dozen board members can't be in that contest

At my peak, circa late 2013, I think I could manage a strict set of 10 with 55s or *maybe* 60s on DB curls. 

But for multiple sets, let alone for 15 reps per set?  LOL.  After that initial set of tenish to positive failure, I would set them down, take ten-fifteen breaths, have another go at it and maybe get 3 or 4 more to failure, followed by one more 10-15 deep breaths and a final attempt to rep to failure, probably only getting two or so, followed with a cheat rep or something.

You know, DC style.

After that, my biceps were so pumped that it actually hurt; it felt like kmy skin in the area was about to rip.

I followed that with a hammer curl variation, and just one set of those to failure and cheat reps and partials...mein Gott.  I couldn't even touch my forehead.

Granted, I was taking 250 mg of test E per week at the time, but that's a small dose, and my workload was a joke compared to yours!
It served me well. but I loved training :)  I did as much as my body could handle and recover from consistently, but sweet Heavenly Father, if I had the time, money and ability to progress by lifting many hours every day, that'd be this side of Paradise for me in this mortal coil

Strict db curling 55-60s for 10 is extremely strong. What was your height and weight when doing this?

Thanks!  I was always better with a barbell, even if I never tried out for Bwanks' Strict Curl Nation :)

Height and weight?  About 5'6.5", maybe 225-230 on average in my last few years of training*, but I varied from 220-245.  Decent gym rat, but only won a single show as a teen, and my weight class in another show during my undergrad years, only to lose the overall to some lightweight dude who was, of course, not huge, but very complete and shredded to the bone.  He was probably the leanest guy I've ever seen in person...as soon as he took his track suit off backstage, I thought to myself, "Well, shit: he's going to win!  I should probably go congratulate him now," haha.

*Even if I have to rob a fucking bank, I will find the money to pay for a hernia operation!  LOL.

P..S. -- insurance companies are mostly pond scum.  They literally laughed when I asked if they'd cover aforesaid surgery :/

Nope.  Gotta pay out of pocket.  Cocksuckers!
