thanks mater I've always found it a way to make the training a little bit harder without hammering the joints before they are ready

Also on legs it definitely helps with cardio and conditioning

I also find leg extensions first hits the hack poundage but its better on my joints- I think the key is post 40 to try to stay healthy and pick up any stupid injuries by trying to appeal to strangers online  or get side tracked by pointless novelty lifts to offset your baldness/ latent homosexuality. that would be stupid!.

its all I know mate! Old school like that.

I've found another gym about a 5 minute walk from my house Soam going to train at Nathans and this one depending on how my week is looking. Its old school but the boxing stuff is great and lots of decent fighters so will be good for my cardio! The weights bit is a bit old BUT has loads of iron and everything you need and a really good spirit in the place. I will pm you about this place as otherwise certain people will contact it to try and get a photo of me!
