50kg and has space to load plates inside. My grip gave out before my back of course, its good fun trying new things in a strongman gym, there's lots of toys. Curls were 25kg bells, my biceps were fried by that point.

Ro’s pullups are the most impressive.  The kid did well but swings too much / could benefit from tensing abs/butt and piking legs a hit forward to minimize.  Great ROM though.  No half reps at all.

I have no problem sparring you Bigro. I really don't have a problem sparring anyone. I would gladly spar lots of UFC stars who are much better than you. I am more than capable of protecting myself. I would rather compete with you on stage or the platform but now you have a pro card so unless you plan to come do an NPC show stateside that may be out. I also think your lifts are attainable, but it is going to take some time. A year to get back and a year to go forward. Maybe I find a strict curl event in the UK

Legs you are a mile ahead upper body I can catch you in that pose. Your arms are just not that big. I may need my missing left delt back though and as funny as this sounds I may need to add the long bicep tendon back to improve stability of shoulder to allow me to train the side and front head. But you are not that much bigger up top I can catch you

I have been beaten down with clubs I really don't mind sparring anyone but you are not that fast just a matter of keeping my hands up and moving with you. How many rounds are you really going to spare before you are tired and ready for a burger and a beer? You cant do that much damage in boxing before you are going to get tired. You dont want to compete in MMA. Boxing is a friendly game

Truth of the mattter if I were to be 100 percent honest. In either mma or boxing whichever one of us gets tired first is going to lose. Neither one us has to skill or size advantage enough to KO or submit the other quickly. We both gas after 2 rounds in mma. If you make it a boxing match you win the decision after 3. If I make it a wrestling match I win the decision after 3. If someone gets exhausted they lose. I feel confident I know how to pace myself.

But yes you have a better chance in 3 rounds of boxing. I think I would have the better chance in 3 rounds of mma. I dont think either of us would die.

I cannot catch the legs. I am also still missing my left delt but Overall size wise I think I can get pretty close. Or at least I hope so I am just assuming my pec is going to hypertrophy when trained but yes size wise that is the goal. 240ish I could hang for a gym pic  maybe a little bigger would be better. I am going to need a year to recover and another to get there I am not going to be there soon.

I have physical therapy today so maybe they can update my timeline but I know they are  going to be mad I missed my last appointment then I ditched my sling. Everything was going great until I tripped on the stairs and fell and caught myself now it is a little sore. Really just want permission to start doing front and side arm raises shoulder is tired of not moving.
