I go to 2 gyms prophecy in soeke which is nathans hands down best gym going
sometimes I am unable to get there so go to another spitand sawdust gym by us called pro-flex. old school gym with a boxing ring bag room oad men etc.
Anyway I mentioned to someone i the gym I couldnt really train a lot this week cos the kids ar ewith me. went pro flex today and the kids wereable to do a bit of bag work- my son for his boxing and my daughter for her TKD- Brian before you phone to ask my name its a cash up front thing with a membership card you fill in yourself. hahah.
really good community gym with a history of serious liverpool boxers and families being there.

they have a great ladder set up so did 3 x 7 minute footwork drills with my son.
felt dead after then the endorphons hit and we went and our local Turkish for mixed skewers, grileed prawns in chill and cheesecake, template diet starts Monday.

Meal 1- 100gm oatmeal, 50 gm raise 50 gm coconut, skim milk, beef isolate shake, 10gm creatine, pro vital, 10gm glutamine
Meal 2- 2 x tins tuna, spiced rice, brocolli, cherry concentrate
Meal 3- 250gm beef, sweet potato mash, green beans, 1gm vit c
pre workout- BSN Nitro drink
post workout- Whey Isiolate , 10gm creatine, 10gm glutamine
Meal 4- 300gm chicken breast, rocket
Meal 5- 250gm salmon fillet, natural yoghurt pineapple, 1gm vit c
it comes out about 300gm protein non training, 350gm training day
lifting as follows
Monday- Back, Neck
Tuesday- Front legs, Calves
Wes- Boxing and cardio
Thursday- Chest, Delts
Friday- Back Chain, Calves
Saturday, Arms Forearms
Sunday Boxing and Cardio
I will be walking 10,000 minimum steps fasted pre meal 1 every single day rain shine or snow
This will be for a 6 week period then evaluate
gear will be 1ml tst, 1 ml deca 1 ml mast for6 weeks- then evaluate
