training today was interesting

I go to 2 gyms prophecy in soeke which is nathans hands down best gym going

sometimes I am unable to get there so go to another spitand sawdust gym by us called pro-flex. old school gym with a boxing ring bag room oad men etc.


Anyway I mentioned to someone i the gym I couldnt really train a lot this week cos the kids ar ewith me. went pro flex today and the kids wereable to do a bit of bag work- my son for his boxing and my daughter for her TKD- Brian before you phone to ask my name its a cash up front thing with a membership card you fill in yourself. hahah.

really good community gym with a history of serious liverpool boxers and families being there.

anyway today

chest delts

incine flye machine 3 sets last one drop set
incline smith 3 x 12
pec flyes. 3 sets
decline press 3 x 12


seated side raise machine 5 x 12- lovely machine
read delts on pec dec 3 x 12
cable side raise 3 x triple drop

trap bar shrugs 5 x 10
facepulls 3 x 15

lovely session

finished off doing 3 rounds floor to ceiling

3 rounds speedball

they have a great ladder set up so did 3 x 7 minute footwork drills with my son.

felt dead after then the endorphons hit and we went and our local Turkish for mixed skewers,  grileed prawns in chill and cheesecake, template diet starts Monday.


I would welcome any input off ro, jeff ill, wes, and other experts no need to comment hankins.


Here goes


Meal 1- 100gm oatmeal, 50 gm raise 50 gm coconut, skim milk, beef isolate shake, 10gm creatine, pro vital, 10gm glutamine

Meal 2- 2 x tins tuna, spiced rice, brocolli, cherry concentrate

Meal 3- 250gm beef, sweet potato mash, green beans, 1gm vit c

pre workout- BSN Nitro drink

post workout- Whey Isiolate , 10gm creatine, 10gm glutamine

Meal 4- 300gm chicken breast, rocket

Meal 5- 250gm salmon fillet, natural yoghurt pineapple, 1gm vit c

it comes out about 300gm protein non training, 350gm training day


lifting as follows


Monday- Back, Neck
Tuesday- Front legs, Calves
Wes- Boxing and cardio
Thursday- Chest, Delts
Friday- Back Chain, Calves
Saturday, Arms Forearms
Sunday Boxing and Cardio

I will be walking 10,000 minimum steps fasted pre meal 1 every single day rain shine or snow

This will be for a 6 week period then evaluate

gear will be 1ml tst, 1 ml deca 1 ml mast for6 weeks- then evaluate
1 nolv m/w/f/ pre bed
1 proviron t/th/s- pre bed

I am not going back on stage depleted trying to fill back out again my body doesnt do it right. I am going to come in heavier not depleted not rehydrate not trying to fill back out. If I cant step on stage 20lbs heavier I will not step on stage again. The best I have looked ever was 235lbs not dieted at all just prior to the Hernia repair the problem is I rushed back to do the Cup and Cutler without regaining that form. I cut too much weight then over did rehydrating and eating. Wound up stringy with a belly Same mistake each time. I need to just train to max my lifts then show up as heavy as possible without being bloated. By summer I will be halfway there but instead of making the mistake of trying to compete in 2025 I am going to wait until 2026 and be all the way back

Therapist told me to do assisted front and side raises 10-12 reps for 2 sets twice a day. I just did multiple sets of 50-100 unassisted reps so way ahead of therapist but no rush. 5 more weeks until resistance

Meanwhile I am a 30-year weightlifter on a combination of healing growth factors not yet approved for human consumption, I think I can risk a few extra reps. Truth be told I think I just like her massaging my arm and I want to see how my strength and range of motion compares to her schedule as time progresses but fuck yes I reserve the right to do a little bit more she said it was safe to do
