I think a lot of this stuff is genenetic in terms of muscle shape, insertions etc.

I've done all the stuff - rows for days, slow controlled, squeeze in the middle, pull ups, deadlifts, big weight, light weight, hitting failure etc.....I don't have any pop back there.

I am not going to catch the legs. But upperbody I would hope so I didnt get my pec repaired for nothing. We can argue aesthetics but when I look at his left arm yes I can get there size wise when healthy. Being healthy for an extended period of time training heavy is no easy thing though as we age.

I am looking at his left arm and I am seeing a 19 inch arm. At my biggest I can tape 19 on my arms. I can get there again. We can argue all that other shit but if we are just going to do a left arm tape. I can get pretty damn close to that I have been there before. I can match that size. The remaining upper body issue is my left shoulder and long bicep head.

Is it worth it to me to get another surgery on my left arm to repair the detached long bicep head at the shoulder. That and removal of bone spurs there could theoretically improve shoulder stability and allow further training and hypertrophy of left front delt to match the right as well. That is the million-dollar question. Let's see how the pec and law school plans go first. I am going to train with what I have for about a year but then next summer I may go back for the left side or I may decide I am old and it doesnt matter anyway.
